Courtney Howard, Preschool & Nursery Coordinator

Courtney and her husband Mike moved here in late spring 2012 from Webb City, MO  where she served as the Children's director at "The Road".

Courtney began serving at RLC almost immediately as our preschool and nursery director. She is greatly loved by all our children and also serves on our Wednesday night youth leadership team. She also oversees the youth drama department.

During the day she is a registered dental assistant with a passion for sports and the great outdoors. 

Radiant Life is so very blessed to have such a willing an faithful servant of the Lord, leading this vital ministry for our babies, pre-schoolers and teens.

Lynn and Laura Stone came to RLC in June of 2010 with a heart for serving and loving people.

Lynn Robert graduated from Victory Bible Institute in 2003 and had been previously faithfully serving at Grace Christian Church in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin for 20 years in various capacities. Lynn is a member of the Full Gospel Evangelistic Association as a Certified Minister, and had served at Grace as an Advisory Board member, Youth Minister, usher, greeter and a member of the Outreach Evangelism Team.

Laura attended Rhema Bible Training Center in 1985. Laura had served at Grace as a member of the We Care Ministry team, Drama Team, and Media team. Laura is a Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner, and enjoys walking, exercising and spending time with friends and family.

Lynn and Laura enjoy traveling, biking, hiking, and camping. The Stones been married for 25 years and have two adult children; Abigail and husband Taylor live in CO and Caleb who reside with them. They also have two very spoiled Miniature Schnauzers, Bella and Brodie.

Terry Nalley, Security Director

Terry Nalley and his wife Lisa began serving at Radiant in 2002 and has been a wonderful blessing to our church family.

In addition to serving on our board of advisors, he served as our Construction Manager for our recent building program. He also serves in our H.U.G.S. ministry, teaches a Sunday School class, heads our security team, and helps in any area needed.

Lisa is a true help mate in ministry. She served as our Construction Administrator, has helped in our Nursery and now serves as our assistant church treasurer.

Terry is an ordained minister with The Full Gospel Evangelistic Association. 

Terry is a construction manager with Wal-Mart.  He and his wife Lisa are the proud parents of four adult children and have five grandchildren.
