Terry Nalley, Advisor

Terry Nalley and his wife Lisa began serving at Radiant in 2002 and has been a wonderful blessing to our church family.

In addition to serving on our board of advisors, he served as our Construction Manager for our recent building program. He also serves in our H.U.G.S. ministry, teaches a Sunday School class, heads our security team, and helps in any area needed.

Lisa is a true help mate in ministry. She served as our Construction Administrator, has helped in our Nursery and now serves as our assistant church treasurer.

Terry is an ordained minister with The Full Gospel Evangelistic Association. 

Terry is a construction manager with Wal-Mart.  He and his wife Lisa are the proud parents of four adult children and have five grandchildren.

Mike Helmick, Advisor

Michael Helmick began working as a youth leader assistant at his church in Pennsylvania for a year.  He moved to Arkansas in 2009 to attend Ecclesia College where he received an Associate’s Degree in General Studies in May 2012.  He has served as a youth sponsor in the past at Radiant Life, has served in the children’s church on Sunday mornings, has lead children’s church on Wednesdays along with his wife, and the couple also serve in the bus ministry.  Currently Mike and his wife, Lucinda, are the youth leaders and he also serves on the board of advisors.  Outside the church, Mike is a school bus driver for Bentonville Public Schools.
