Welcome to Radiant Life Church Online

Radiant Life has a rich heritage of over 60 years of ministry in Northwest Arkansas; yet we are contemporary and desire to communicate God's Word in a real and relevant way. We refuse to worship the past or settle for the present, but are hungry for the future. Radiant Life is a place for new beginnings. We believe that no matter what you've done or where you've been, God's grace is available.
Radiant Life is a multicultural ministry made up of people from many nations of the world. Currently people from 14 nations of the world call Radiant Life home but no matter where you are from, in Christ we can have assurance of where we are going.
We are a sending church. We are focused on raising up and equipping people to fulfil God-ordained purpose. We are not about how many we can "seat in church" but how many we can equip and send out to minister. The majority of the ministry of Radiant Life Church takes place outside of "service" times, in many locations throughout our community.
We are not a perfect church. Actually someone once said "NO PERFECT PEOPLE ALLOWED". That is what we are- imperfect people striving to become more Christ-like; not just on Sundays, but every day of our lives.
We hope that you will enjoy your online experience and are able to get a sense of what Radiant Life is all about. If you are looking for a church home we invite you to come and visit us at 915 West Central. Radiant has a place for you! I am confident that when you step in the doors you will experience the excitement of God's people and discover for yourself why people of all ages and religious backgrounds call Radiant Life Church... home.

Below you will find the answers to some Frequently Asked Questions:
1. What can I expect when I visit Radiant Life Church?
We now have three weekend services that have the same basic format, with the same preaching theme. Before and after each service coffee and pastries are available in the Welcome Center.
- Saturday evening service begins at 6pm & concludes at 7:15pm.
Periodically we will host special events on Saturday nights including: Christmas Among the Nations, Ole McDonalds Farm, Candlelight Communion, etc. After the service we distribute grocery packs in the Welcome Center. As with each of the services there is coffee and pastries before and after service
- Our First Service on Sunday mornings begins at 9:10a.m. & concludes at 10:10a.m.
- The Second Service on Sunday mornings begins at 10:40a.m. & concludes at 12noon.
We never want to rush what the Holy Spirit is doing in people’s lives but we also understand and respect others time restraints; the ending times could vary slightly depending on the length of the altar prayer time.
Our Wednesday evening service begins at 7 p.m. & concludes at 8:15p.m.
Our adults meet in the South building “Welcome Center” for Bible Study.
“Ignite” youth (7th-12th grades) meet on the lower level of the South building
Elementary children & Preschool children meet separately on the lower level of the South building.
Our weekend services usually begin with worship, announcements, prayer, offering and a message. The preaching is normally brought to us by our senior pastor Galen Pearcy but occasionally there will be guest missionaries or evangelists who will fill the pulpit. CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THE PASTOR AND HIS STAFF. We will conclude with a time of prayer and reflection in response to the word that has been delivered.
We encourage you to visit in person and check us out to see if this is the church for you. Every service is different so come and visit several times in a row so you can give yourself time to meet great people and connect with others who want to know more about God.
First Weekend of the month we emphasize missions and receive an offering for our many missionaries around the globe & Fourth Weekend of the Month Communion is served.
2. What about the worship?
We believe in God honoring worship that lifts the hearts of man to the throne of God. Our music style is contemporary and we seek to be led by the Spirit in all we do. Typically we will sing 4-5 songs, but it may vary from time to time as the Spirit leads. God has blessed us with quality musicians who have been trained to lead us into entering in to the presence of God.

11. Will I be asked to give an offering?
An offering will be received after a short teaching time about the principles of giving. As guests this offering is NOT for you, it is for our members.
12. Do I need to become a member?
No, all are welcome to worship with us at Radiant Life Church. If you are interested in finding out more about membership at Radiant Life, we do have membership classes periodically throughout the year.
13. Do you serve communion "the Lord's Supper" during services?
Communion is normally observed on fourth weekend of the month is open to everyone who has received Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour and living a consistent Christian life, regardless of denominational affiliation.
14. Are your sermons on the internet?
Yes, sermons can be downloaded free from our website podcast or from the iTunes store.
15. What does this church believe?
a. We believe the Bible is the inspired and only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
b. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
c. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
d. We believe that for salvation of the lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
e. We believe that the full consummation of the Baptism of believers in the Holy Ghost is evidenced by the initial physical sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance, and by the subsequent manifestation of spiritual power in public testimony and service.
f. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; that they are saved unto the resurrection of life; and that they are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
g. We believe that deliverance from sickness is provided for in the atonement, and is the privilege of all believers.
h. We believe in the imminent return of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
16. Where does the money go that is given to the church?
All the financial gifts are placed into an FDIC insured bank deposited by our finance team. Our finance team then pays the bills (utilities, mortgage, insurance, and salaries), the expenses of all the ministries of the church (maintenance and gas for the buses, food for the breakfast ministry, Mobile Kidz Blast, various outreaches and other ministries), etc. Funds also are distributed to missionaries and missions organizations (a list is on our church website). Other than a small reserve held for emergencies, all additional funds are sown into various ministries.
17. Why should people tithe and give offerings to the church?
The principle of tithing (giving 10% of our income) is the scripturally directed process of submitting our material and financial interests to God’s leadership and plan. According to scripture He is central to every facet of our lives, including our finances. Offerings are above and beyond the tithe. They are our way of placing God first in our life.
18. What denomination are you a part of?
Radiant Life Church is a non-denominational church. For accountability purposes, we are members of the Full Gospel Evangelistic Association (FGEA). We are also connected to the Victory Fellowship of Ministries (VFM) in Tulsa, OK. We are committed to reaching people with the love of God, touching lives with the Word of God, and making a difference in our neighborhoods, communities, nation, and the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
19. Does Radiant Life Church support a political candidate or party?
No, we do not. We speak from the pulpit about values that guide our lives and provide Bible-based teaching on these issues, which we focus on throughout the year, not just at elections. Our church has not and will not, ever endorse or financially support one party or candidate over another.
20. How can I get connected and involved in a ministry?
When entering the main lobby of the South building you will find many brochures of the ministries and missions of RLC. You will find a brochure with various ministry opportunities listed. One way to get connected is by attending our “coffee with the pastor” and our “membership class” which meet periodically on Sunday’s at 9:30am in the pastor’s office.
Life groups are another great way to connect. In each of these, you can build friendships, learn more about the life of our church, and have the opportunity to grow in your faith.
Midweek services are another way to have a small group environment to meet people at Radiant Life. Feel free to attend any of these venues.
