The Community Thrift Store is a downtown ministry that exists to serve those in need in our city and surrounding areas by providing free and low cost clothes, shoes & household items.

CTS is located at the corner of South Main Street and 8th Street. If coming from the downtown square; take Main street to 8th. If coming from Walton Blvd. exit onto 8th street. We are located north of the National Guard Armory, northwest of the old Benton Country Fairgrounds.

CTS also houses the Community Food Pantry.  

Donations can be made at the back door during business hours and all gifts are tax-deductible.

What this ministry offers:

Ladies' Wear- everything a lady could need including a wonderful selection of new and used WEDDING GOWNS.  This department also has a great selection of ladies shoes and accessories--even jewelry!

Children's World- a HUGE selection of children's clothing, toys, books, videos and children's furniture (when available).

Men's Wear- jeans, shirts, dress pants, shoes & suits.  From time to time, this department also has a good selection of "guy toys" including golf clubs, athletic equipment, tools, etc.

Home Accessories- collectibles, decoration pieces, pictures, frames, dishes, glasses, cookware and knick-knacks.

 Applicances: washers, dryers, stoves, computers, monators, typewriters and small applicances (stock depends on daily donations)

Linens & Things- sheets, towels, bedspreads, pillows, cloth napkins, table cloths, etc.

Book & Videos- a wide assortment of literature, movies, & shows-- ranging from kid's favorites to action movies to comics to novels.

Furniture- sofa, chairs, dining tables, chair sets, beds, appliances, TV's, stereos-- whatever you need to furnish your home (items become available as donated by our community).
